SWEDISH DREAMS (therapeutic) – $135/60 minutes | $190/90 minutes
Swedish is a classic style massage characteristic of smooth flowing strokes coupled with techniques intended to create a relaxing flowing experience. Warm stones, aromatherapy and sound therapy are included based on your personal preference. Swedish massage is best suited to those who would prefer a gentle relaxing experience or those who are new to massage. LIGHT TO MEDIUM PRESSURE

DEEP TISSUE RESTORATIVE (seriously therapeutic) – $175/75 minutes | $285/120 minutes
Deep Tissue massage is best suited for an individual who has experienced massage previously and enjoys a deeper pressure to remove knots, bumps, and to correct muscle dysfunction. The term Deep Tissue is Not synonymous with pain. Done correctly deep tissue starts off with a smooth, gentle and ever increasing pressure as the muscle tissue allows, creating a deeply satisfying massage that truly is transformational. Warm Stones, Aromatherapy, and Sound Therapy  are included to the preference of the individual.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE (pre-performance/post-recovery) – $70/30 minutes | $135/60 minutes
Sports Massage can address specific area’s of the body to address lengthening and smoothing of the muscle fibers or to reduce lactic acid and post issues of recovery. Warm Stones may be introduced to reduce pain and increase recovery time. Performance based sound therapy optional.
